Typeform is a tool you can use to survey people. It’s similar to survey monkey, but a lot more seamless for the user to complete the survey. Before watching this video, go ahead and create a Typeform account and get your login details sorted.

What can you use your Typeform for?

There are many ways you can use Typeform. Some of the most common uses are the following:

• Getting customer feedback - ALWAYS be asking for feedback from your customers. You’re better of staying customer focused than trying to always get new business. Your customers are going to be the ones referring your product, so you want to keep them happy.

• Surveying your followers to get an understanding of who your niche is and what problems they have (this will help you with marketing your product. Remember, you are marketing an “outcome” not a product.)

• Lead magnet - Quizzes are a GREAT way to build your email list. You can do fun quizzes, trivia-like quizzes, you name it. What you do is ask them for their email before they can see their results!

• It’s also a great “qualifying” tool. So if you run more of a service-based business, this is a great way to get some information from your customer before calling them. That way you already know what angle you are going in with.
